一、抽丝剥茧, 先按断行分离词目、词性、释义等等;

Good luck with that.

 1.

 2.
♥[Approximately; nearly:]
♣♦[The interview lasted about an hour.]

 3.
♥[Almost:]
♣♦[The job is about done.]

 4.
♥[To a reversed position or direction:]
♣♦[Turn about and walk away slowly.]

First time, place the first ♥ as 1. , Second time as 2 and so forth.

First time
Find: ♥(?.*?) $
replace 1. \1

Second time
Find: ♥(?.*?) $
replace 2. \1

Third time
Find: ♥(?.*?) $
replace 3. \1
...

First, they must be one line. The first start with ♥.
The same theory I used to convert bgl file with multiple headings, such as: a|b|c|d|e|f|g

I have edited old stardict by using the same method. Try first.
