Oxford Essential Dictionary for learners of English, 2st edition (2012), уровень Elementary to Pre-Intermediate (A1-A2), размер образа 757 Mb
Oxford Wordpower Dictionary, 4th edition (2012), уровень Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate (B1-B2), размер образа 826 Mb

  Where did you find and download these two dictionaries?
  I don’t have and didn’t see anyone else buy, upload or post these two dictionaries here.
  As far as I know, they never ever existed in PDAWIKI, at least, publicly.
  I did some research, and couldn't find them anywhere else on the internet either.
  Maybe you should just ask the original uploader who shared them with you.

It means 1999 cd-rom.
I have it and working my windows 7 X64.

Hi mg100, thanks for your information. I never noticed vh1br's posting and missed the chance to download. He didn't log in since 2015-6-23. Let’s hope he can see your message.
As for Encarta World English Dictionary, it’s available in Microsoft Encarta Multimedia Encyclopedia 2009 or any earlier version, but I want to use it in GoldenDict. It’s fairly difficult to get the data.
