Mole较为贴切的翻译应该是“双面间谍”，“内鬼”：
AHD：A spy who operates from within an organization, especially a double agent operating against his or her own government from within its intelligence establishment.
Chambers：A spy who successfully infiltrates a rival organization, esp one not engaging in espionage until firmly established and trusted
