今天查in consultation with这个短语，虽然从字面看较为容易理解，但是想知道具体含义是什么。
Macmillan给出的解释：

in consultation with someone (=after discussion and agreement with someone):
Any decision to send in troops will be in consultation with Congress.
可见，意思与字面还是有所不同（and agreement with someone）。

但是，在我安装的EE词典中，只有MED才有这个解释，其他都只是使用了这个短语，给出了例句。 |
