知名网络漫画XKCD作者兰达尔·门罗(Randall Munroe)即将为美国高中的科学教材提供插画。去年11月，门罗出版了新书《事物的详解：化繁为简》(Thing Explainer: Complicated Stuff in Simple Words)，用最常见的1000个英文单词解释了科学定律。这本书进入了比尔·盖茨(Bill Gates)去年的年度书单。
