Is there any special program to convert kiwix wikipedia zim files to TXT, HTML, or etc.

I found this page.. zimDump is the tool for extracting Zim dicts, its Linux only, however.
And here is a step-by-step instruction, it dumps all the HTML、css and JScript files for later editing.
I'm still trying to figure out how to repack them back to zim format.
