who knows to convert .bdc to Excel to TXT format?

I tried your mentioned software but it didn't open my file. my file is attached in above link. If you had time you can check it out.

as far as i know, no one knows how to reverse-engineer the .bdc files to its orginal format yet. so the best way is to contact the original glossary maker and ask if s/he could possibly provide the .bgl version on the side, which by the way isn't easy either. fyi, i've tried that, but no one has responded to by request so far.
