However, it spread to Denmark in the 18th century and has since become an integral part of the country's culture and self-identity. And, if you're wondering, the word is pronounced 'hoo-guh";

看了介绍，原来hygge最初来源于挪威语，原始原始相当于英语中的well-being 。看来Google translate翻译得比较准确，国内的有道和必应词典都找不到对应的汉语翻译。
