http://www.macmillandictionary.com/dictionary/british/go-out
She wasn’t allowed go out and play with the other kids.

全文搜索 allowed to ,在 Macmillan English Dictionary 中,有数百条结果,搜索 allowed to go ,也有结果:

Stacey will be allowed to go free on condition that he stays out of trouble for a year.
Thousands of people are being allowed to go hungry.
You’re not allowed to go inside the museum without paying.

搜索了一下,发现词组"allow to do sth."可能是爱尔兰地区的特殊用法:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hi ... mmatical_influences
To is often omitted from sentences where it would exist in British English. For example, "I'm not let go out tonight", instead of "I'm not allowed to go out tonight".

There was certainly nothing to do. I was not allowed go out alone into the human jungle of Kinshasa.

The place was the same but my view was different. The independence that you start gaining as a teenager in the UK, the socialising and the fact you're allowed go out on your own. Suddenly that is taken away again.
    来自 BBC

I remember this wasn’t right. Through my training, you weren’t allowed go out to shops, churches, and here we were in a crowded area with people I didn’t know.

"Whenever he (Yadav) would visit the village, girls were asked to stay at home. We were not even allowed go out to play during his stay. Such was his reputation," she said.
