牛高8对facility给出的第二个解释是：
[countable ] a special feature of a machine, service, etc. that makes it possible to do sth extra （机器等的）特别装置；（服务等的）特色
◆ a bank account with an overdraft facility 提供透支服务的银行账户
◆ a facility for checking spelling 检查拼写的设备
牛高8对feature的解释：
something important, interesting or typical of a place or thing 特色；特征；特点
那么，facility在上面为什么要翻译成“装置”或“设备”呢？而且，检查拼写的设备应该更是错误的。
