Both are correct. I've asked this question to a native english speaker, and she said ' The "some" here indicates that you are going to make some kind of remark, a certain remark'. I think her answer was clear and helpful.

关于评论，remark也有不可数的用法。
但是，感觉这种remark更侧重“话”，虽然也有评论的意思。

some有别的意思，比如“好”。夏洛的网里面有个some pig

some 可以表示 unspecified thing，比如 for some reason——出于某种原因。同理，make some remark 强调的是“评论了一番”、“评头论足”，至于具体评论了什么不重要或者这人记不太清了。
