MED2：one per cent
LDOCE5：Interest rates fell by six percentage points (=6%).
麦考里：if an interest rate rises from 10% to 11%, it increases by a tenth, or ten per cent, but by only one percentage point.
这说明，1个百分点就是1％，如果去年的增长率为13％，今年下降3个百分点就是增长率为10％。括号里的0.5是什么意思？
