查单词town hall 时，查遍我所有的本地词典都查不到全体员工会议的意思，在thefreedictionary的Farlex Financial Dictionary词典上查到了，求高手抓取，本人米有限，如需其他请告知。

Farlex Financial Dictionary词典的Town Hall
A meeting in which management makes a presentation to all staff, followed by a question and answer session. Town halls are sometimes accused of being scripted in order to give the appearance of transparency without actually providing any useful information.

请教楼主是在何种上下文中遇到这种含义用法的呢？没找到相关例句。
猜想是不是只有大型企业在市政厅等一类似大厅开全体员工大会才用这个词，因为其形式与传统意义上的Town Hall meeting相似而借用过来。如果是小公司三五人的全体会议，不知是否还会用Town Hall？
