應改為:There's no point in complaining now—we're leaving tomorrow in any case.

非正式文体或语境里，介词in是可以省略的。
There is no point (in) getting into a panic about the exams.
There is no use (in) complaining.

两种表达都可以接受

另外类似的情况还有如下，difficulty后面的in也是可加可不加
African countries have been experiencing difficulties (in) curbing the Ebola virus, which is now ripping through the continent, and has claimed thousands of lives.

省略用法啦 in doing sth 前面的 in 一般都是省略的，这种大部头字典都已经经过这么多版了不会有语法错误了
