复杂吗？不复杂！
For the past over one month, he and his colleagues （主语）have worked around the clock（谓语） to ensure
（目的状语） the smooth transition（ensure的宾语） of medical workers and materials （transition的定语）sent from across the country （过去分词作定语，修饰前面的workers and materials)to aid (目的状语）the fight against the novel coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan.

这样的句子在英语里，很稀松平常了，呵呵

我是这么翻译的：在过去的一个月，他和他的同事日以继夜的工作，以保证来着各地的医疗工作者和药品可以顺利的到达爆发新型冠状病毒武汉，支援的斗争。

水平有限，要不通顺，就这样吧，大体意思应该就是这样，这种句子考研里很多，不算难。

写长句需要有扎实的语法知识和严谨的逻辑思路，否则就像玩双节棍，很容易打到自己。

就写出最简单的主谓宾，剩下的往里一点一点加就行了。。。初学觉得高大上，习惯也就那么回事。

我感觉自己基础不是很好，尤其是语法。
现在只能一点一点学习，争取早日有更大的提升。

语法其实不必花那么大功夫
找一本最薄的看就行了，preferably in English
窃以为，多看多听多练是关键，grammatical analysis is the last resort
and you don't bring out the big gun until it is absolutely necessary, right?
