Today's Challenge.

A discussion from Downton Abbey.

Background: Times of World War I. Proposals are made that Downton Abbey be commandeered as a convalescent home for wounded soldiers. Some are thrilled at the news, and others are strongly against it.

I invite you to give it a shot.

Why?
Because this is a house; not a hospital.
But Granny, a convalescent home is where people rest and recuperate.

But if there are relapses, what then? Amputation in the dining room, resuscitation in the pantry?
Well, it'll certainly be the most tremendous disturbance if you knew how chaotic things are as it is.
But when there's so much good can be done!
I forbit it! To have strange men prodding and prying around the house, to say nothing of pocketing the spoons! It's out of the question!
I hesitate to remind you, but this is my house now, Robot's and mine. And we will make the decision.
