There're quite a few mispronunciations in Longman 5. But as far as I am concerned, the known ones in 5 have all been rectified in Longman 6. I remember writing something about this before.
Given the herculean effort to human-narrate all example sentence in Longman, it shouldn't come as a revelation that errors are made. After all, to err is human.
